What this service is and who runs it.
Cloudy Upload is a private publishing tool. It takes a video from its operator, prepares the title, description, tags and thumbnail, shows one card for review, and on approval uploads the video to a YouTube channel that the operator owns, with the settings they approved.
Nobody by default. The service has no public sign-up and no self-service registration. Access is granted individually by the service owner, and it is used by a single client and the channels that client owns.
Through the standard Google consent screen. The client picks the channel themselves and grants access to it. We never ask for, see or store a Google password. Access can be withdrawn at any moment from Google account permissions, and the service stops working with that channel immediately.
