What this is

Cloudy Upload is operated privately for a specific client. It is not a public product, there is no sign-up, no subscription and no fee charged through this site.

Your channels stay yours

The service publishes only to channels you own and have explicitly authorized on the Google consent screen. It has no channel of its own and never offers to publish anywhere else. You may withdraw access at any time.

What you are responsible for

The content you send for publishing, including the rights to use it.
Compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube community guidelines on the channels you connect.
Keeping your own Google account secure.

What we are responsible for

Doing what you asked, and doing it carefully with your access. We are not responsible for decisions YouTube makes about your content, for outages on their side, or for indirect losses. The service is provided as is.

Stopping

You can stop using the service at any time by revoking access in your Google account. The operator may stop providing it, in which case stored authorizations are deleted.
